Sample Delivery
The first pair of shoes bearing your logo will be shipped to you before mass production begins. Mass production will begin upon your approval.
Minimum Order Quantity
If this is our first time working with your brand, the minimum order quantity for your initial order will be determined as flexibly as possible based on the product type. Our goal is to ensure you experience our production quality and service with your first order. For subsequent orders, minimum quantities per style will be standardized based on the product type.
Down Payment
In the first step, 30% of the total order amount is requested for production planning. The remaining balance is paid when the products are ready for shipping.
Lead Time
Depending on the product selected and the content of the order, lead time can range from 15 to 60 days. Production planning for each order is done before the order is placed, and a realistic delivery time is shared with the customer.
Pre-Delivery Payment
The remaining amount is collected in full before shipment.
